50 ml Mermaid Gin | 10 ml Lemon Juice | 5 ml Sugar Syrup or Agave | Champagne | Lemon Zest 
Shake with ice, fine strain into a chilled Champagne flute, top with Champagne and zest with lemon

Cotswolds No 1 Wildflower Gin Winter Spritz 
 
50 ml Cotswolds Distillery Wildflower No 1 | 25 ml Lemon Juice | 15 ml Honey Syrup (2 honey: 1 water) | Rosemary Sprig | 2 cloves | Ginger Beer 
Muddle clove & rosemary in shaker tin, add Wildflower Gin/honey/lemon, ice and shake and strain into an iced Copa glass. Top with with ginger beer. Garnish with a dehydrated orange and rosemary sprig
Cotswolds No 1 Wildflower Gin is a blend of cornflowers, lavender and orange, layered over the distillery’s classic London Dry Gin. Inspired by the wildflowers growing in the ‘glorious grasslands’ of the Cotswolds, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Wildflower Gin Collection has been created marrying premium botanicals with the gin distilling and blending skills of the Cotswolds Distillery team.

Greenall’s Gin – Greenall’s G&T 
 
 
50ml Greenall’s Original London Dry Gin | 100ml Premium Tonic Water | 2 Wedges of Lime 
 
Fill a tall glass of ice and squeeze in one of the lime wedges. Pour in Greenall’s Gin and top up with tonic water. Garnish with the second lime wedge.

Opihr Spiced Negroni 
 
25 ml Opihr Spiced Gin  | 25 ml Sweet Vermouth | 25 ml Campari 
Fill a rocks glass with ice and add ingredients. Stir well and top up with fresh orange juice
