NOOH by La Coste Sparkling Blanc is the new non-alcoholic sparkling wine from renowned Provence
vineyard Château La Coste.
We are delighted to announce that Château La Coste, the renowned sustainable winery in the heart of Provence, has announced the launch of “NOOH by La Coste Sparkling Blanc,” the second non-alcoholic sparkling wine in the NOOH range.
This unique de-alcoholised wine is expertly crafted by Château La Coste’s award-winning winemakers using Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown at the estate. The de-alcoholisation process is achieved through vacuum distillation, ensuring evaporation within the range of 35-40°C to preserve the character and flavour profiles of the wine. NOOH by La Coste Sparkling Blanc expresses a lively and refreshing palette, with tasting notes of peach and Granny Smith apple, and lemon and elderflower on the nose.
An ideal wine to enjoy as a sparkling aperitif or to accompany a light lunch or dinner with friends, NOOH by La Coste Sparkling Blanc complements white fish ceviche with citrus, oysters, olive and lemon chicken, or grilled sea bass. Both the new Sparkling Blanc and the Sparkling Rosé wines are perfect for those celebratory moments and invite everyone to share in Château La Coste’s vision of inclusive enjoyment.
NOOH, pronounced N-OO-H, is a play on the French word ‘Nous,’ meaning ‘us’ or ‘we.’ This name underscores the collaborative and communal spirit behind this non-alcoholic wine, emphasising its role as a drink to be shared with friends. It also subtly references the word ‘No,’ symbolising the non-alcoholic style of this exceptional wine.
NOOH Sparkling Blanc will be available for purchase through the NOOH website from 13th January 2025
for £35.00 per bottle.
Both sparkling wines in the NOOH by La Coste range have recently been awarded listings across Soho
House UK as part of their newly created 0% drinks list.
