SHANKY’S WHIP – A SILKY SMOOTH IRISH WHISKEY LIQUEUR FOR THE FESTIVE SEASON
Blended and bottled in Co. Cavan, Ireland, Shanky’s Whip is made using an original Irish recipe. It is presented in a bespoke retro 70cl glass bottle with a label inspired by vintage Irish matchbox artwork, featuring the fantastical Irish jockey, Shanky, a wild boy of racing. Always one to buck the trend, when thrown from his horse, he returned to the race track with an ostrich and cart and, of course, a whip.
SHANKY’S WHIP ESPRESSO MARTINI
60ml Shanky’s Whip | 30ml Vodka | Shot of Espresso | 3 Coffee Beans
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Shanky’s Whip, Vodka, and the Espresso to the cocktail shaker and shake vigourusly until all the ingredients are well mixed and chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
SHANKY’S WHIP AFFOGATO
30ml Shanky’s Whip | 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice cream | Shot of Espresso
Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a serving glass and pour over a shot of espresso and the Shanky’s Whip. Garnish with cocoa power, chocolate shavings or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
