The team behind Soho’s acclaimed restaurant and wine bar, Firebird, are excited to announce the launch of their next project: Noisy Oyster, set to open its doors in the vibrant heart of Shoreditch in Spring 2025. Introducing a fresh, modern take on the seafood bistro, Noisy Oyster promises a unique dining experience; ironic British charm, the finest seafood, innovative martinis, and a distinctive design aesthetic.
The concept will artfully blend culinary innovation with warm hospitality and cutting-edge, creating a space where food, fashion, and art seamlessly come together. Co-founders Madina Kazhimova and Anna Dolgushina are excited to be launching this new concept, “We have always felt inspired by the creative scene in Shoreditch, and with Noisy Oyster, we have combined our passion for creating exciting culinary experiences with our love for art, fashion and design. We are so excited to bring this concept to the East London community and to be able to be a part of the culinary evolution happening here.”
The playful menu will be rich in local oysters, crudo, and classic whole fish dishes, all emphasising sustainably sourced seafood. Complementing these dishes will be a standout bar offering, elevating the martini to new heights, including their signature mini martinis, which perfectly pair with the seafood-centric menu.
Located in a unique destination space within the historic Norton Folgate development, Noisy Oyster is a space that’s as much about design as it is about dining; a striking, monochromatic space accommodating 50 covers that is anything but ordinary. Crafted by Harry Nuriev, a New York and Paris based artist as well as the founder and creative director of Crosby Studios, an interior architecture and design studio, and reflecting Shoreditch’s fusion of street art, fashion, and gentrified industrial spaces, interior features include raw materials like wood, concrete, and stainless steel, with playful, unconventional elements inspired by the martini’s visual allure.
Noisy Oyster will open in Shoreditch in Spring 2025.
