Embrace the spirit of the season at Forbes five-star hotel, Pan Pacific London with exceptional dining set
against a magical festive backdrop.

From 11 November, Pan Pacific London will be transformed into twinkling wonderland. Visitors can
behold London’s tallest Christmas tree on Bishopsgate Plaza, launched in collaboration with Eastern City
Business Improvement District – a breath-taking 67-foot adorned with 65,000 lights, over 800 red and
gold baubles, and crowned with a star.

Pan Pacific London’s flagship fusion restaurant, Straits Kitchen will introduce a Festive Experience Menu
fit for the season. Featuring four elegant courses including Smoked Salmon with horseradish mayonnaise
and apple, as well as a traditional Roast Turkey with all the trimmings. Finish off with a decadent Bailey’s
Bauble, packed with spiced apple compote, chocolate mousse, and caramel sponge, all for £65pp.

On Sundays (October 27th– December 29th) Straits Kitchen will also serve a three-course roast with
unlimited gravy, potatoes, and Yorkshire puddings. The fusion menu features soy-cured salmon, crispy
duck salad, char siu pork belly, Peking duck, and blackened aubergine, with desserts like sticky toffee
pudding and mango lime cheesecake. A glass of Taittinger Champagne on arrival and live music
complete the dining experience.

For a more relaxed vibe, head to Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge for seasonal cocktails, including the Ginger
Lily Festive Punch with vodka, gingerbread syrup, baked fruits and aromatic spices, and finger-friendly
festive plates from turkey club sandwiches to pigs in blankets. Guests can also indulge at the Pierre
Marcolini cart with gourmet hot chocolates and decadent chocolate cocktails! Try Nutty for Chocolate
with rum, Cointreau and Cinnamon, a strawberry hot chocolate, or the festive Yuletide chocolate with
gingerbread syrup. For a classic treat, enjoy rich hot chocolate with whipped cream, and top it off with
macarons and marshmallows.

From 13 November to 5 January, enjoy a picture-perfect festive afternoon tea featuring seasonal delights
like a Rudolph pecan tart, a mint chocolate macaron wreath and a plum and chestnut mousse ‘bauble’
alongside delicate finger sandwiches and orange and cranberry scones. And for the little ones? They’ll
love getting hands-on with the children’s afternoon tea, complete with fun interactive activities like biscuit
decorating and cupcake crafting. It’s a magical experience for all ages!
