Five star hotel, Andaz London Liverpool Street, is delighted to announce the appointment of Chef Allwyn Dias as their new Executive Sous Chef. Chef Dias brings 18 years of experience in fine dining and catering, and a history of crafting cuisine for some of the world’s finest hotel restaurants, having worked in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens including The Savoy, Claridge’s and in his latest role as Hotel Head Chef at Renaissance Hotel, Florida, to esteemed hotels in the Cayman Islands and Scotland.
Chef Dias has cemented an excellent reputation for his gastronomic skills in the world of fine dining and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team at Andaz London. A previous Ace Rising Star Awarded Chef, Chef Dias has expertise and culinary training in European, North and South American, Caribbean, Arabic and Asian cuisines. Chef Dias will work closely with recently appointed Head Chef, Pedro Costa, in the hotel’s Eastway Brasserie, serving classic yet distinctive brasserie plates including specialty meats and high quality crafted dishes with an international influence, whilst overlooking the historic buildings on Liverpool Street.

Offering seating for 68 covers, Eastway Brasserie is both a location for dining and entertainment, with
musicians regularly performing at the restaurant. Guests can also enjoy occasional special offers on the
food and drinks menus.
