Big Fang Collective confirms September launch date for seriously twisted, Golf Fang Nottingham site.
Big Fang Collective has announced the first of its experiential concepts will open to the public in Nottingham on Friday 6th September, with the brand’s iconic over-18’s crazy golf course Golf Fang, the first to land.
Nottingham will soon be able to experience 18-holes of outrageous creativity, DJs and cocktails all inside a ‘sensory wonderland’ covered in bespoke art – when Big Fang’s original adults-only entertainment concept opens on Huntingdon Street next month.
With six Golf Fang sites already located across the country, the newest location will be the brand’s first expansion into the East Midlands, with a prime city centre location situated right next to the Victoria Centre, within The Glasshouse.
Golf Fang is not the typical crazy golf course and doesn’t do things by half; this new venue will be no exception – giving guests an immersive journey through 18 individually designed holes, working with local artists, DJs and creatives to bring Nottingham the ultimate destination for experiential and competitive socialisation.
Each hole on the course will offer up a unique, photo-worthy backdrop – with the jaw-dropping sets built with every tiny detail in mind. Expect the unexpected whilst playing golf through interactive rave courses and a giant teddy picker, Golf Fang’s course actually lives up to the ‘crazy golf’ name.
The immersive course will also be accompanied by regular live DJs, and a bar serving up Big Fang’s drinks menu, plus craft beers & soft drinks. Cocktails on offer will include the Golfers Paradise (Absolut Vodka, Passion Fruit Liqueur, Apple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Mango Puree & Lime Juice); The Dog Father (Makers Mark, Amaretto Liqueur, Cherry Liqueur, Cinnamon Syrup, Cranberry & Lemon Juice topped with Coca Cola); plus mocktails such as the Sippin’ No Gin Just Juice (Pineapple Juice, Watermelon Syrup, Passionfruit Syrup, Lime Juice, Ting); ensuring that there is something available for everyone.
Big Fang Collective co-founder Kip Piper commented: “We’re excited to officially announce the launch date of our first concept in Nottingham. Golf Fang was our first creation, and it only feels right to introduce ourselves to the city with 18-holes of pure nostalgia and fun.
“We’ve wanted to open here for a while now, and we can’t wait to welcome our first guests – we’re bringing some of our most popular holes as well as brand new sets which are guaranteed to blow guest’s minds.”
Big Fang have also confirmed more concepts will follow at the site on Huntingdon Street, with Big Fang Karaoke, and Big Fang Arcade, set to follow later this year – ensuring the new venue will be the ultimate entertainment destination in the heart of Nottingham; so guests can chill the Fang out and enjoy the three concepts all day (and all night!).
At over 30,000 sq ft, the huge new playground will provide the people of Nottingham with a unique socialising experience; Big Fang Collective’s vision is to change the way the UK enjoys itself, creating destinational journeys within show-stopping experiential venues that are guaranteed to blow people away.
