Cow & Sow, the contemporary dining sensation known for redefining the steakhouse experience, is thrilled to announce its newest location in Birmingham’s prestigious Paradise development. Set to open its doors late 2024, Cow & Sow promises to usher in a new era of steak restaurant at One Chamberlain Square, amidst a vibrant hub of top-tier hospitality brands.

Cow & Sow has built a reputation for delivering an unparalleled culinary experience with two restaurants in Bristol, and the Birmingham venue will be no exception. The restaurant will offer a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, featuring single cuts and prime sharing steaks that are chargrilled, basted, and rested to perfection.

Guests can expect open kitchens, small plates, mouthwatering sides accompanying beef from grass-fed cattle cooked on chargrills in view of diners. A memorable experience will await shoppers, tourists and office workers alike with an affordable lunch menu at just £14 for a single course and £22 for three courses. Signature cocktails and a vast wine list, including the Cow & Sow’s very own Malbec from the famous Wildeberg winery in South Africa, will all be served from a beautiful bar on entrance. Private dining will also be available to showcase Cow & Sow’s every popular set menu offering for corporate and event gatherings.

“Our team has worked tirelessly to bring Cow & Sow to Birmingham,” said Mark Warburton, Founder of Cow & Sow. “The Paradise location is a dream come true, and we are honoured to join the ranks of esteemed neighbours like Dishoom, Albert’s Schloss,  F1® Arcade and Rosa’s Thai. We look forward to bringing a new era of steak restaurant to Birmingham and work closely with local charities, businesses, local communities and visitors.”

The new restaurant is part of the £1bn+ Paradise project, a transformative development in the heart of Birmingham that is rapidly becoming a premier destination for dining and entertainment. Cow & Sow’s inclusion in this project marks a significant milestone in the restaurant’s growth, less than three years since the company’s inception.

“We’ve been working on the planning and design for almost a year, and we’re excited to see it come to fruition,” added Mark. “I’m incredibly proud of my team, whose dedication to maintaining our high brand standards has made this possible. A special thanks goes out to Kevin Conibear (Fleurets) for his early support, as well as Ross Fittall and Dan Moorcroft (MEPC), and Philip Parkinson (HCR Law) for helping to finalise the deal.”

Ross Fittall, commercial development director at Paradise Birmingham development and asset manager, MEPC, said: “It is fantastic news that Cow & Sow will be opening at One Chamberlain Square before the end of the year, where it will bring high standards of service and an opulent space to meet, drink and eat with fine flavours and true finesse in the very heart of Paradise.”

Thanks to the creative efforts of Simon Jones and the team at Simple Simon Design, guests can expect a sneak peek of the new location’s stunning visuals on the Cow & Sow social pages very soon.
