The Mediterranean diet utilises healthy ingredients such as whole grains, vegetables, beans, and proteins. This heart-healthy diet seeks to incorporate seasonal ingredients featuring rotational menus that use only the freshest produce. Mama Bou’s menu is a true reflection of the Mediterranean lifestyle and makes these dishes easily accessible to anyone craving a flavour-packed meal. Whether you’re vegetarian or a meat-eater, the dishes offered are sure to fill you up and keep you energised throughout your day.

Mama Bou offers daily dishes on all major delivery platforms to residents of London. These will be offered on a weekly menu that is in line with seasonal ingredients. Three dishes are offered each day – one is vegetarian or vegan while the others are not. The dishes will be announced a couple of days ahead on social media (@MamaBouKitchen). The menu will change seasonally, however, it will remain the same each week. Examples from the menu are:

  • Kafta with Batata (mediterranean meatballs and potato bake in a tomato sauce)

  • Rizz a djej rice and mince pilaf topped with chicken

  • Red Burghul with Roasted Veggies

  • Mdardra with Tzatziki

  • And more!

Mansour, founder of Mama Bou says, “Having worked on my own catering company and as an executive chef in Amsterdam, I have had several people come to me asking for easily accessible daily food that is healthy and made from the heart. That is where Mama Bou was born. I wanted to create a tribute to my own mother, and bring the nostalgia from her cooking to the people of London. I can’t wait to share these dishes and make home cooked meals accessible to all.”
