Trinity Kitchen has announced an exciting line-up of street food vendors, bringing back some old favourites whilst also welcoming exciting new concepts.
Guests can explore a range of options including Tonkatsu, Spuds ‘n’ Bros, Luigi Street Food Italiano, Little Red Food Truck and Tikk’s Thai Kitchen, which will be taking over the iconic converted VW Camper Van, Citroen H van, horse trailer, shipping container, and J7 van.
The new arrivals will be available to try at Trinity Kitchen from Monday, September 23rd for the next nine weeks.
Back by popular demand is Spuds ‘n’ Bros, serving the Canadian delicacy, poutine, accompanied by a variety of different toppings to choose from and even gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian gravy.
Luigi Street Food Italiano is also returning with folded calzone-style pizzas featuring a range of different fillings, as well as its extremely popular cheese and tomato fried risotto balls.
Meanwhile Tikk’s Thai Kitchen is welcomed back once more, bringing authentic southern Thai street food, including delicious steamed bao buns with a choice of aromatic duck and hoisin, or crispy cauliflower and sriracha mayo fillings.
Guests can also indulge with handmade smash burgers served in toasted brioche buns, fried chicken, fries and a range of beers and cocktails from Little Red Food Truck. There is also a choice of gluten- or dairy-free burgers, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.
Finally, newcomer Tonkatsu will be bringing a menu of mouth-watering katsu and gyozas to Trinity Kitchen.
All of the vendors above will be joining the line-up alongside permanent eateries Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe, and recent arrival ThatZiki.
