NYnLON is an upscale bistro style restaurant based in the five-star Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars hotel. Newly appointed Head Chef, Giuseppe Federico, has worked in some of London’s finest hotel kitchens and is crafting new culinary experiences with sustainability in mind at NYnLON. Marking his debut, a new lunchtime menu is launching, featuring classic dishes from the cities, including Black Angus Beef Burger, NYnLON Hotdog, Moving Mountains Vegan Burger and Hot Smoked Salmon Bagel. Each dish is priced at £16.50pp, Lobster and Crayfish Roll is an extra £5.00.

Fusing the finest comfort food from both New York and London, the concept of the venue is to highlight meaningful moments and food stories told around the table as guests celebrate the charm and local traditions rich with the heritage and influences of these two great cities.

The bar offers an extensive selection of drinks, including American wines, premium champagnes, craft beers and American-influenced bourbon mixology. NYnLON is sophisticated yet approachable, offering an accessible all-day dining experience in an elegant, cosmopolitan setting with dark wood panelling and vintage illustration artwork. The restaurant has also recently launched Wine Happy Hour; two glasses of selected red or white wine for £15, available daily from 4 PM – 6 PM.
