Today, the world leading independent non-alcoholic spirits brand* CleanCo announces two Great Taste Award wins for their Clean G (Gin) and Clean T (Tequila) spirits.
These two latest wins for Clean G & Clean T, add to 2023 Great Taste wins for Clean W, Clean R and Clean V.
Founded in 2019 by entrepreneur and British TV personality Spencer Matthews, CleanCo has spearheaded the no and low market, being the first of its kind to offer non-alcoholic alternatives to all major full-strength spirits, with a non-alcoholic Gin, Rhubarb Gin, Vodka, Tequila, Rum and Whiskey in its portfolio.
In just under 5 years the challenger brand has become the No.1 independent player in the market with CleanCo products sold in major supermarkets and served up as Clean Cocktails in bars and restaurants across the UK & USA.

The Great Taste Awards are globally recognised as one of the most esteemed food and beverage industry accolades, with thousands of products tested each year by an expert panel of over 500 judges.
Great Taste 2024 judges were “impressed” with Clean G and noted that it was an “impressive product” that “mixed well with tonic, which highlighted the floral notes.”  Additionally noting how well the “product replicates the character of a London Dry Gin and how versatile it would be in no and low-cocktails”.   For Clean T, judges complimented the spirit for being “nicely sweet, with a great heat on the palate that’s otherwise delicate and perfectly placed.  The agave is elegant, there’s a tequila familiarity in the mouthfeel” coming with an “elegant note that’s really pleasant”.

The latest Great Taste awards add to CleanCo’s expanding award repertoire, with over 30 awards globally including Great Taste and Gold ISWC awards.   The recent wins come at a pivotal time for the brand as it prepares to unveil a brand refresh in October 2024.
