This October, Canterbury is set to welcome a delightful new addition to its dining scene as The Ivy Collection prepares to open its 41st restaurant in the heart of the city. The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie promises to bring its signature blend of high-quality food, exceptional service, and an all-day dining experience that locals and visitors alike will cherish.
Located at the corner of The Parade & Rose Lane, The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie will offer something special every day of the week. From early morning breakfasts to late-night cocktails, the restaurant will provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for up to 180 guests, complete with a stylish bar and inviting outdoor terrace.
For those seeking an intimate setting, the restaurant also features a private dining room seating up to 16 guests, making it the perfect spot for everything from special occasions to festive events and business meetings.
The menu at The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie will have something for every palate, with a wide array of modern, seasonal dishes. Guests will be able to indulge in classics like Shepherd’s Pie and Blackened Cod or explore new flavours with dishes like Artichoke and Sweet Potato Tagine. The carefully curated drinks menu will include expertly crafted cocktails, a variety of Champagne, and a selection of fine wines.
Beyond the exquisite dining experience, The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie will contribute to the local community by creating 140 jobs in Canterbury’s hospitality sector.
At the helm of this new venture will be General Manager Diogo Bolan, who brings expertise from The Ivy Wimbledon, and Head chef Ilias Kalogiannis, whose culinary prowess spans over a decade.
