London’s well-loved independent pizzeria Zia Lucia is set to bring a taste of the Italian Summer to Chelsea, with the launch of a brand new restaurant and with it, a cutting- edge, never seen before new Aperol-infused dough. 

To celebrate the launch on Thursday 25th 2024 of Zia Lucia Chelsea, a special edition Aperol dough will be unveiled, the first of its kind in the UK. An orange dough with hints of orange, rhubarb, and gentian, the slightly sweet, subtly bitter, and refreshingly aromatic flavour profile encapsulates the true essence of Aperitivo Hour. Perfectly paired with toppings like mozzarella, fior di latte, wild broccoli and spicy nduja. The Aperol dough will be available to all diners visiting the new restaurant, while stocks last.

Situated on the Fulham Road, the 46-capacity Zia Lucia Chelsea will feature sun-drenched alfresco seating, where guests will be able to enjoy one of Zia’s unique 48- hour slow fermented pizza whilst sipping a refreshing cocktail in hand. Diners can choose from the award-winning roster of dough; traditional white flour, wholemeal, vegetable charcoal, and their base without gluten, as well as a choice of irresistible toppings such as fiery nduja, spicy spianata salami, truffle sauce, honey, burrata, rich blue cheese gorgonzola and roasted pepperoni. 

Since opening their first site in 2016, Zia Lucia has become renowned for bringing authenticity and innovation to London’s pizza scene, offering a taste of Italian heritage blended with contemporary flair. The new Chelsea site will be sure to delight locals with mouth-watering pizzas and excellent drinks with Zia’s signature neighbourhood feel. The Aperol-infused pizza dough will be available for a limited time only, making this a must-try for pizza enthusiasts and culinary adventurers alike.
